Why should I book early?

In the height of our season (July through October) on a rainy day (especially in August) shows can sell out hours prior to them running. So if you have booked the week before you can rest assured that you and your party have seats *Read Below*.
You will also receive a discount for pre-booking your seats, which will be calculated during E-Booking.

Information about E-Booking & Disclaimer.

1. Due to unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel shows, we will strive to contact you and re-book you at the next available time/date.
   A few examples.
   1. Staff Illness.
   2. Equipment failure.
   3. School Booking - during school term
   4. Etc
2. You MUST arrive at least 30 minutes before the show time to purchase your tickets, else we reserve the right to sell your seats on busy days and we will not re-book your seats (we wont have the time).
3. Please call us if you wish to cancel your booking or wish to change the time or date as soon as possible. (There is no admin charges to do this!)
4. NO payment is taken until you arrive to collect your tickets.
5. You can not book shows less than 1 days before you arrive so book early, this allows for us to check the booking and contact you if there are any problems
6. Price Promise - Our prices may vary during the year we will ensure that you pay no higher than the price you will be quoted during E-Booking.
7. You will be asked to submit a real E-mail address this is so we can send you a confirmation email, with a validation E-mail asking you to confirm your booking. (We will not pass your details on to any third parties; we may use your email to email you of events and other things that happening at the Planetarium).
8. Only a percentage of seats will be book able via E-Booking this allows us to sell seats over the counter on the day.
9. Booking seats for a show gives you access to the Exhibition to look at before and/or after the show.
10. Children under the age of 13 MAY NOT watch the show with out someone over the age of 13 with them, if you want to know why please contact us and we can explain the details to you.
11. During booking you IP address will be stored in our database this is so we can protect our booking system. You will only be able to book once every 15 minutes.
12. If you have made a mistake during booking, please call us on the number you find in the confirmation email and we will change the booking over the phone.
13. You may book multiple shows on the same day or different days but you must pay the normal price for each show. Some shows have different prices to others.
14. If there are not bookings for any of the times stated online, that show may be changed or even cancelled all together, if you wish to come to any of the shows on this system you MUST book it.

Continuing to book confirms that you understand & agree to all the points made above.
